What is Composite Decking?
Composite decking is a type of manufactured decking that is made from a combination of recycled plastic, recycled timbers or wood products, and additives, bonding agents, stabilisers, and pigments. The result is a decking material that looks just like timber but that is lower in maintenance and able to stand up to harsher conditions. Composite decking products can be made in a number of different colours and grains in order to mimic a range of different natural timbers. You can use composite decking materials to create a deck as large or as small as you like as they will look equally as good as a small porch or as a large wraparound deck.
